Snow is the luminescent interface, as William Hughes shreds in John Spatcher’s LED suit design. This escapade was filmed by Jacob Sutton on the slopes of Tignes in the Rhône-Alpes region of south-eastern France. Over three pitch black nights, the LED snowboarder was the only light source.
“Filming in the suit was the most surreal thing I’ve done in 20 years of snowboarding.” states Artec pro snowboarder Hughes.
