¡ Conductive ! Soft Circuit Workshop for Electronic Clothing is a two day workshop that covers the history and future of wearable art and digital fashion. We ask the question, how do we extend our body’s vocabulary with this new language of sensitive technology?
In this workshop, basic sewing and embroidery techniques are introduced to create soft circuits. From found objects and re-purposed materials like a colorful plastic bags and clothing, we create touch sensors that respond to gesture and movement with light [LEDs].
